When I stopped overanalyzing and started tapping into the right side of my brain, everything changed. That’s where intuition, flow, and true expression live.

When I was a young girl, I loved art. It was something that made me feel alive—like I could create whole worlds with just a pencil and paper. But somewhere along the way, I learned that art wasn’t a “real” career. I was told it didn’t make money, that it was just a hobby, something to do for fun but never to rely on. And so, like many people, I tucked that dream away, thinking it wasn’t meant for me.

For years, I felt the weight of that belief. I still created when I could, but there was always this lingering thought in the back of my mind: What if? What if I had been encouraged? What if I had taken it seriously? What if being an artist could actually be my life?

Then I found the Milan Art Institute. The moment I learned about it, something in me sparked—hope. For the first time, I saw a path where art could be more than a passion; it could be my profession, my identity, my reality. And as I went through the school, that hope turned into conviction. I wasn’t just dreaming anymore—I was learning, growing, and stepping fully into my calling as a professional artist. The school gave me the tools, but more importantly, it gave me the belief that this life was possible for me.

Looking back, I can’t even recognize the version of myself who once doubted this path. I’ve grown so much—not just in skill but in confidence, in purpose, in knowing that I am exactly where I am meant to be.
